Nurhayat Sancaktar is a third-grade student in the New Media and Communication program at Band\u0131rma Onyedi Eyl\u00fcl University. Still figuring out the answer to \u201cWhat do I want to be?\u201d, she\u2019s sampling everything on the agency\u2019s crowded menu to find her own specialty. Copy to write? Video to edit? A fresh artboard in Photoshop? The team rushes to Nurhayat and Nurhayat rushes to work. Currently seated in the intern chair, she\u2019s just waiting for that diploma to snatch the boss seat. At this rate, by the time she graduates, Nurhayat will have outpaced the entire team and earned her throne as our boss lady. In other words, we estimate a full rebranding to Nurhayat Agency in about two years. We enjoy watching Nurhayat, a sharp, polite, and scarily smart student, transform from a confused fish into a fully armed ad monster, and we are sneakily assign more work for her to continue her success.<\/span><\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
